We're Diversified:

...by color, money, position, ability, looks, background, age, etc. 
all these traits add up to who we are, but mean nothing - only that you play and instrument or twirl a flag or baton and want to have fun making music once again.

Our job is to give 'em what they want to hear.  Make 'em happy as they recognize a tune and can go home whistling it.

We're Good: 

We take seriously our performance - all wanting to be part of something good - not bad.

We're Fun: 

We like each other and enjoy life - the beer keg is not far away from the podium.

We're Uniform: 

We're big, we sound awesome, and we look smart - like a marching band who can still do it.

We're Them - They Are Us:

The crowd sees themselves through us as they enjoy seeing us enjoy what we do.

We're Politicians:

We give them what they want to hear, and reach out and connect as we press the flesh.
